Won 1st place with a $1000 CAD cash prize at this international hackathon focused on healthcare innovation. Our team developed a wearable tech concept to prevent pressure ulcers using smart textiles and sensors. Additionally, we received a special award from Variant 3D for Best Use of 3D Knitting Technology.

Secured Runner-up position with a Cash Prize of ₹15000 at the national-level Vision, AI and ML hackathon hosted by at IIT Madras Research Park, Chennai, from Padma Shri Prof.Jhunjhunwala, competing against top institutions from across the country, we successfully tackled real-world video analysis problems — detecting ball pitch points and their quadrants, evaluating posture correctness during object lifting, identifying the exact frame when boxes were dropped, and implementing face blurring — all within a tight 6-hour timeframe.

As part of PORT 2023 - a national level technical symposium hosted by the Department of Information Technology at Sona College of Technology, Salem, I had the opportunity to conduct an intensive 6+ hour workshop on Full Stack Development. Aimed at helping students bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world web application development, the session covered modern practices in frontend and backend development, API integration, and deployment workflows. The workshop drew strong participation from tech-curious undergraduates across departments, blending live coding with hands-on guidance, and culminated in building a mini end-to-end project.

As part of a community-driven initiative under the instruction of Salem City Commissioner of Police, Tmt. B. Vijayakumari, Our team designed and developed the Migrant Care App, aimed at improving the safety and welfare of migrant workers in Salem City. The application was built in under 48 hours, combining rapid prototyping with critical thinking to meet the city’s urgent needs.

At the 6th edition of REFCOLD India, South Asia’s largest refrigeration and cold chain expo, organized by ISRAE in partnership with AIC – Anna Incubator and Anna University. Among 130+ teams across India, we were shortlisted for the finals held at Tamil Nadu Trade Promotion Organisation, Chennai, where we presented AgrX. AgrX is a mobile-based wholesale e-commerce platform we developed to revolutionize the agricultural supply chain using just two core ideas: AI and logical techniques. Unlike conventional solutions, AgrX was designed to stabilize price fluctuations, eliminate the need for pre-cooling or harmful preservation methods, and ensure timely, profitable returns for farmers. We secured runner-up and awarded a ₹50000 cash prize by the Hon’ble Tamil Nadu Minister for Milk and Dairy Development, Mr. Mano Thangaraj.

As part of Inspiring Awards for Students 2023, Sona College of Technology awarded them for 'Enthusiastic Participation in Hackathon Challenges' and for being 'Best Performer in contributing to develop Societal Applications' (twice)
